In alignment with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and its missional Initiatives, The Eastern Ontario and Nunavut District has four areas of focus to fulfill its mission;

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Facilitating meaningful relationships and the sharing of innovative and effective ministry resources.
Healthy Leader Clusters, EOND Leadership Days, Children's Ministry Connect, EOD Student Ministries, Master's College and Seminary, Institut Biblique du Quebec, Aboriginal Bible Academy, Men's Ministry, Women's Network
PASTORAL CARE
Serving, supporting and caring for those called to make disciples and train and equip the saints for the work of the ministry. EOND offers Pastoral Care and counsel - relational, personal and professional, to credential holders, ministry leaders and churches.
CHURCH HEALTH
EOND encourages missional vision and community engagement in the local church through consultation, resourcing, coaching and formal assessment.
MULTIPLICATION
Encouraging and supporting the multiplication of churches, ministries and disciple making efforts through the local church and related ministries.
