Mission and Core Values

We value GOD:  His Word, and His creating, His redemptive purpose in Christ for the world, and His presence through the Holy Spirit.

We value PEOPLE without Christ to whom we owe the compassion of Christ, and an opportunity to receive the Gospel and enter into Christian fellowship.

We value individual BELIEVERS and their personal commitment to Christ, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, discipleship, Christian family life and fulfillment of the will of God.

We value LOCAL CHURCHES worldwide which are marked by sound doctrine, Pentecostal worship, every member ministry, loving relationships, Holy Spirit empowered evangelism, anointed proclamation and practical expression of Christian faith.

We value a COOPERATIVE FELLOWSHIP that enhances the church's ability to fulfill its mandate, through servant leadership, a shared vision, flexible structures, and strategic mobilization of its resources.

"To make disciples by the proclamation and practice of the Gospel of Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit;  to establish, serve and oversee local churches; to recognize train and support credentialed leaders, all in the context of the historical richness and the emerging linguistic and cultural opportunities in this District.

We are The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada

"The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada is a Fellowship of more than 1,100 churches across English and French-speaking Canada. More than 235,000 people attend services across the nation, and we are pleased to provide ministerial credentials for more than 3,500 pastors and ministry leaders. We're also here to help facilitate the vital work of 130 missionary families in over 40 countries around the world, who are spreading the good news of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and bringing hope and help to those in need."

Statement of Inclusion and Equality

The Eastern Ontario & Nunavut District and the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters within the member fellowships of the Pentecostal Charismatic Churches of North America (PCCNA) in their stand against racism and injustice. We pray for peace and for genuine solutions to emerge as we work with others towards racial reconciliation and unity.

The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada has been a member of the Pentecostal Charismatic Churches of North America (PCCNA) from its inception under the Pentecostal Fellowship of North America (PFNA). PCCNA provides an active network of 47 denominations and ministries in which the PAOC connects for shared initiatives and resources. This includes a number of Canadian fellowships and churches, including the PAOC.
