LEAD PASTOR OPPORTUNITIES

The following are churches that are presently in process for a Lead Pastor. All applicants must be credentialed with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada or qualify for such credentials. Applications for ministerial credentials and other related information is available by clicking here.

 

Applicants already credentialed with the PAOC may forward their resumes, including a philosophy of ministry (no more than one page ) to the Eastern Ontario & Nunavut District to the attention of the District Contact as listed below the church name. Only resumes receiving serious consideration by respective pulpit committees will be responded to. If contacted by a committee, the applicant should be prepared to supply two recent messages - one of the last message preached and another of the applicant's choosing.

Shepherd Village is Toronto’s largest not-for-profit senior community and has been dedicated to

the well-being of seniors since 1961. They are  committed to meeting the changing physical, spiritual, and social needs of seniors through quality care and compassionate service.

 

The Lead Pastor of Church in the Village (CITV) provides visionary leadership and spiritual oversight to an interdenominational evangelical congregation located within Shepherd Village. This role is responsible for preaching, pastoral care, and the church’s broader community presence, playing a key part in cultivating the spiritual life and Christ-centred culture of the Village. The Lead Pastor brings a compassionate pastoral heart, with strengths in caregiving, visitation, and spiritual support. Learn more about this ministry opportunity here.

Family Life Christian Centre is located in Barry’s Bay Ontario, and is now accepting resumes for the position of Lead Pastor. This is a part-time position. 

​

FLCC began in 2004 and has a Sunday morning attendance of 30 - 50 people.  The new Pastor should be an inspiring, prayer focused, servant leader with strong inspiring preaching and teaching skills. This person should be approachable and possess strong pastoral care and people gifts. Prior Lead Pastor experience is preferred but not essential to apply.
